Loading Platforms (Made to be mounted on Forklifts, Telescopic Handlers or Front Loaders).

What’s it for: These Multec Loading Platforms are designed specifically for safely & efficiently loading & unloading pallets and other equipment to & from lorries, shipping containers or mezzanines.

Please Note: These loading platforms are not Man-lift Safety Baskets and therefore are strictly not to be used for lifting people. 

 

Standard Specification:

• Multi-purpose loading platform.
• Manufactured from mild steel.
• Robust & heavily braced.
• Chequered plate floor for more grip & increased strength.
• Fitted with fork pockets to suit up to 150x70mm forks.
• 4ft long forklift channels.
• 2no. x HD safety chains with snap hooks to lock on to each fork & around the carriage (As in photos).
• Each platform is fitted with SWL & serial number etc.
• Mesh sides & on back (Forklift entry side) to ensure goods are kept safely within the platform confinements during transport.
• 2no. x removable hinged doors are fitted to the front of the platform for loading access. 
• Removable centre post for full access when loading.
• Kicker plate all round (including on doors) to ensure extra safety to prevent pallets etc. moving from within the platform.
• Fully tested and certified to comply with Health & Safety Regulations.
• Made in accordance with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

• Length: 2.0 metres (200cm / 2000mm)

• SWL: 500kgs (0.5Ton / 500kg)
• Unladen Weight: Approx. – 275kg
• 2no. x removable gates. (On the 2.0m side opposite the forklift side)

 

MLP-84 (8ft x 4ft) Specification:

• Length: 8Ft (2.4 metres / 240cm / 2400mm)  
• Width: 4Ft (1.2 metre / 120cm / 1200mm)

• SWL: 1000kgs (1.0Ton / 1000kg)

• Add Brackets: The platform will also be fitted with your choice of Telescopic Handler or Front Loader Brackets.

Order & Delivery information (Please Read):

After placing your order & making payment, you will receive a direct email within 48 hours with your “Order Dates” which will be as follows:

• Payment Date (Date of cleared funds).
• Dispatch Date (10 to 15 workings days from cleared funds). Please Note: Galvanised Finish adds 1 week to the lead-time.
• Arrival Date (2-3 working days from dispatch).

If the arrival date does not suit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can re-arrange arrival on a preferred date.

 

Please Note: You will need to have access for the delivery lorry, arrange a way of unloading & sign for arrival.
