Order & Delivery information (Please Read):

After purchasing a Gift Voucher you will receive automatic order notification by email & the Gift Voucher complete with unique coupon code will be posted to the delivery address specified at checkout within 48 hours of cleared funds.

How to use our Gift Vouchers & Rules:

• When you order a Multec Gift Voucher through our website you will automatically receive order notification to the email address you use at checkout.
• The Voucher will then be posted to the delivery address specified.
• Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of products from our online shop.
• Our Gift Vouchers will contain a unique coupon code that can only be used once.
• The voucher/coupon code will need to applied in the shopping basket before proceeding to checkout.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
• All Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 6 months from the date of issue.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Where Products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher.
• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission & no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
