If agreed, a refund is available for unused, undamaged stock purchased from Multec Limited within 14 days of the original order completion date.

 

The original “Delivery Cost” is not refundable.

The customer will also need to cover any additional costs that may incur for returning unused & undamaged stock.

Should the customer require advice as to how to return a purchase, please email us to sales@multec.co.uk and you will receive a reply within 48 hours (Mon to Fri).

 

When a customer makes an online purchase, it does not include fitment or any additional costs that may occur to correctly fit the product.

If you are unsure, please contact us by email to sales@multec.co.uk for advice so we can check compatibility etc.

We would also recommend you always seek the manufacturer’s assistance when unsure of fitment or compatibility before making a purchase from any machinery manufacturer.

 

If you think there is a fault or damage to the product and this is unrelated to mis-use, Please let us know.

If the product is defective within the warranty period, send the product back to Multec Limited with a description of the problem to be assessed and repaired if agreed.

Please also include a copy of original invoice as proof of purchase.

 

The customer service department requests that the customer allows up to 28 working days lead-time from the arrival of a returned purchase to the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. If the wait is longer than anticipated, customers will be notified by phone/email.
