What’s it for:

These Multec Mobile Access & Loading Platforms are designed specifically for safely & efficiently loading & unloading pallets and other equipment to & from lorries, shipping containers or mezzanines.

When trailers or shipping containers need to be unloaded and there is no loading bay or dock to reverse up to, then there is a potential unloading risk. This mobile platform with easy use integral steps is designed to alleviate the risks involved.

The platform can either be mobile on wheels with brakes or can be moved by forklift and have optional jacking legs.

The mobile access platforms come with braked swivel wheels as standard.

Available from within the options are optional Jack legs to allow the platform to be raised to suit trucks with differing trailer heights etc.

Please Note: This is not a Man-lift Safety Basket and therefore is strictly not to be used for lifting people via a forklift or telescopic handler etc.

Standard Specification:

Multi-purpose loading platform.
Manufactured from mild steel.
Robust & heavily braced.
Chequered plate floor for more grip & increased strength.
Standard Platform height is approx. 1300mm / 1.3m off the ground (Proven to be the most popular height)
Kicker plate to ensure extra safety to prevent pallets etc. moving from within the platform.
Strong and sturdy base frame.
Fitted with 4no. x castor wheels with brakes.
Steps up the side for access up to and down from the platform.
Each platform is fitted with SWL & serial number etc.
We also provide a declaration of conformity.

After placing your order & making payment, you will receive a direct email within 48 hours with your “Order Dates” which will be as follows:

Payment Date (Date of cleared funds).
Dispatch Date (10 – 15 workings days from cleared funds).
Arrival Date (2-3 working days from dispatch).

If the arrival date does not suit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can re-arrange arrival on a preferred date.

Please Note: You will need to have access for the delivery lorry, arrange a way of unloading & sign for arrival.
